I have a male and female about 2 years old now, yesterday she laid her second batch of eggs, 1st was in Jan, they were all useless.

This batch looks useless so far too, all have collapsed except 1 now. Most of the eggs are very small and look yellow and shapeless from the minute she lays only about 6 or 8 in each batch have been good size.

Anyone got any advice or info to help me, I'm new to breeding these guys.

What medium are you incubating in?  different mediums hold distinguishable differences in moisture content that may ruin your eggs.
Also, what are your temps for incubation?

Are the eggs white or yellowish after her lay?

I have the eggs in vermiculite, incubator is fan assisted at 29 degrees.

Most of the eggs are yellowish when laid, the larger eggs are white.

I think my female is the problem, but not sure. When 6 months old she nearly died from internal parasites. Since then she has acted very stressed and has tail curled up most of the time and hates humans. She was a little pet before being sick.

if you question her health, don't breed her.  I'd re-run a fecal before her next cycle to lay.

The white eggs are good, the yellow ones bad.  Disconnect the fan from your incubator.  You don't need it and it's throwing off the temps and humidity in your incubator.

I doubt the problem is the female.  It sounds like there are some good eggs.  Just not all are fertilized.  Possibly a over zealous male or leaving them together too long may be a partial problem.
