MVB questions....

I am in need of a new UV bulb ASAP because the one I have is a Repti-Glo, it came with him.  I like the idea of having only one light on the cage but I have a few questions about the MVB's.

1. Would an MVB be okay for a 36x18x24 inch viv?
2. 100 or 160 watt?
3. Above the basking area or in the middle?
4. Which ceramic fixture?

I'll be placing an order through Pet Mountain as soon as I figure out what I need.

I use the megaray from reptileuv.com and love it but quite often you still need to add an additional bulb to get the needed temps.  I use a regular halogen floodlight with my mvb.
