i have a 39x17x15 inch tank with a reptiglo 5.0 anuva tube kinda bulb and also a heat lamp not a spot 1 tho what do u recomend i get im from the  u.k n what times do i set them 2 at the moment the 2 tube lights stay on from morning to bout 7 o.clock and my heat lamp cums on 4 a hour n 15 mins n goes off 4 45 mins is this right the pet store told me. also the cool side is about 80 n the basking spot 92 to a hundred but the temp goes down alot when heat lamps off what does anyboby suggest

since your from the UK try to get the arcadia 12% its the best one over there next to the reptiSUN 10.0...the reptiglo you have doesnt put out enough UVB nor is it a good bulb to begin with...your heat light can come in the form of any light such as a reptile bulb, household incandescent or a flood light and your temperatures should be a little higher for the basking spot like around 110-115 F...how are you measuring your temps by the way? if its not with an infrared temp gun or a digital thermometer with a probe on the surface your temps can be wayy off...your lights should go on at the same time every day for about 14 hours on and 10 off...take a look at the caresheet for more help

so thats heat and the other 2 lights stay on 4 14 owas and off 4 10 also i have an aquarium thermometer its digital has a little end u stick in im worried my beardie isnt gettin the right heat and llight times plz sum1 tell me  Embarrassed

u shud only have 2 lights....1 heat and one UVB in the form of a tube...the thermometer seems ok as long as its touching the surface of the basking spot and as long as your temps hit 110-115 you should be fine
