do you have a water dish in there? or live plants? if so take thiose out for starters. You don't need to have a water dish as long as you are soaking them 2-3x's a week

Next would be to add more ventilation. Moving air over the Viv and top air vents lower humidity. If not then you would be looking at lowering the rooms humidity with a dehumidifier. 30-40% humidity should be OK for your beardie though.

I guess I should ask too...how do you know your humidity is to high? and depending on what you are using to read it (those stick on ones are garbage) how high is it reading?

Yup, stick ons are garbage. I freaked out for about 2 weeks thinking my humidity was too high, then i got a digital hygrometer and found it to be normal.

35% humidity is fine. Don't stress over something like that. And, only use digital thermometers and hydrometers. I would put the water dish back in as well. It's not gonna raise humidity much if you keep it away from the basking light, and beardies like water. I keep big dishes in my tanks so that they can get their whole bodies in. Some of them like to sit in their water for hours; so I don't think 35% humidity will hurt yours. as long as the tank is dry so bacteria doesn't grow all over, you're fine. More ventilation will lower the humidity.

Keep in mind however, that dragons have a propensity for defecating in their dishes of water...this if drunk afterwards is an invitation to parasite city. My personal preferance is no dish and 2-3 soaks a week.

You DO need to remove and clean the water dish if the dragon defecates. This is not that difficult of a task, and if you only have one or two, you don't really have to worry about parasite transfering, if they don't have parasites to begin with. If you do think there is a parasite among your tank, remove the water dish and soak every day, because treatment usually causes severe dehydration.
I do not agree with depriving them of their water dish. Many of mine like to drink water daily, take swims, and use it to cool down and thermo-regulate. I just make sure they have a clean fresh water dish, and they are happy as a pigs in..............mud.
