Ok so im preparing for my shipment of turks coming in...what is the best foods to give them? i know they need a high protein diet of cat food or fish food...which is better? i have 4 cats at home so the cat food is never in short supply and the people we get supplies from at work messed up our order and gave us an extra 10 lbs bucket of fish food that my boss said i cud have...which is the best option? also greens shud be offered daily to them right? below is my current setup for them

Candice, I use an old blender and grind the cat food up pretty good ( the roaches tend to hoard larger pieces) add the fish food, and wallah !   you have your base ready, then just drop the veggie ends on the side of the "roach" meal, and that is basically that.
I hope this helps, hun.
