Well...Justin and I have been having a lot of problems. I've decided to move out on my own (or possibly with my friend). I'll finally be starting college, and starting my own life.

At first, when we discussed this, he told me he wanted to stay together until I move...no I'm thinking this is a bad idea. We act so differently around each other now. I even slept on the couch the other night, because now it's just awkward. We know it's about to end, and pretty soon. I just can't take more of this anticipation of the break up...so, I've decided I'll be talking to him tonight and tell him that I can't do this anymore, and that we should just end things now. I'll be moving soon enough anyway. My biggest problem now is that he still lives here...which is going to be REALLY awkward seeing each other so much, because we are both home. Luckily, I'll be going out of town this weekend (to where I'm moving, filling out apps. for jobs and such), so that will help. I just...wow, it's so complicated.

Wish me luck? Break ups suck...I don't want to hurt him, I love him still...but we are just not right for each other, at least right now with our dreams being so different, so they clash with each other.

Good luck to u!! At least u know u are moving out. Me and mine have been broken up for a while and he still lives with me!! I am going to be 23 tomorrow and he is 29! I just bought my own house and he has no where to go so I dont have the heart to kick him out. Luckily we are ok as friends and we dont date other people while we are still living together. Although it does get tough..there are ALOT of guys out there lol. Well I wish you the best of luck!!!

Ah, well...I did it. It went a lot better than I thought it would. He wasn't mad, and we walked and talked for a bit, then hugged. We told each other that we still love each other, and that maybe in the future things will be different, but right now...we just can't be. He's still living here, of course. And we decided that we can be two adults and be friends and still share the same bed, so we are still sleeping in the same bed. Which I thought was weird at first, but...it made me feel better that he wasn't mad.
