I have had my bearded dragon for 2 months and the heated lamp has started making strange noises, almost like a radiator coming on! Is this going to be a problem? Will this annoy or agrivate the dragon? Or is it a sign of the lamp about to blow?

Never heard of that before. If it was my lamp starting to make noises I would replace the ting. All you need for heat is a dome light and regular household bulb, they really should not be making noise.
