At each meal, or prior to it.
I found this out when I had pin worms in the geckos.

Let me clear up a possible misunderstanding with the measurements.  If you have a 1 cc/mm syringe you need to give 4 lines of the Soy Yogurt.  Sorry, if I caused some confusion !
